Impruneta, 25 minutes from Florence

Weddings & ceremonies
at a farm estate with its own kitchen

The Vecchio Borgo di Inalbi hosts 20 to 150 guests for weddings, communions, confirmations and corporate dinners. The price is built on the menu, not on hiring the space; the kitchen is ours, and guests travelling from far away can sleep on the estate.

20 to 150 guests No venue hire fee 15-20 rooms on site

The things people ask first

How many, where, how much

Before the photos, the numbers. Inalbi is the Grifoni family's agriturismo in Impruneta: a hall seating 100-110 that opens on three sides towards the hills, two smaller rooms for the aperitif under cover, an outdoor gazebo for larger numbers and the lawn by the pool for the aperitif buffet. Up to 150 guests in all, minimum 20.

The price is per person and covers everything the party needs: aperitif, lunch or dinner, the cake we make, flowers, wines, soft drinks, open bar. For a wedding it sits between 80 and 100 euros per guest; for communions, confirmations and corporate dinners the menu is simpler and costs less. There is no venue hire fee.

No caterer

The kitchen is ours, and so are the wine and the oil

We don't work with outside caterers: the menu is prepared by the estate's kitchen, Tuscan and short supply chain, and we agree it with you course by course. On the table you'll find the Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG, the Grifo Rosa rosé, the Vermentino Spumante for the toast and the Vin Santo with dessert, all from the estate, plus the extra virgin olive oil from our own mill, from olives picked by hand across twenty-five hectares of groves.

We prepare gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan menus and a dedicated children's menu. You may bring a cake from an outside pastry chef with no surcharge, with the ingredient declaration and receipt.

The wedding menu in detail

What we host

Four kinds of event, four ways to use the estate

Same spaces and same kitchen, different formats for numbers, timings and menus.

Weddings

Legal ceremony at the town hall or church in Florence or Impruneta, symbolic ceremony with us in the park, then aperitif, lunch or dinner, open bar and music in the garden until the agreed hour. Couple's suite included.

First communions

A Sunday lunch from 20 guests, between April and June: the children's menu served first, lawn and garden where the little ones stay within sight of the tables, parking on the estate for grandparents and aunts.

Confirmations

A family lunch with a teenager at the centre: one long table or separate tables for the friends, a Tuscan menu shorter than the wedding one, dessert to finish. Also bookable on dates when more than one family is in the hall.

Corporate dinners

Year-end or client dinners for 20-110 people in a private room, 15 minutes from the A1 exit Firenze Impruneta, with parking inside; a tasting of estate wines and oil before sitting down is possible.

The spaces

Where the day unfolds

The outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols, framed by cypresses and olive trees

The lawn by the pool: aperitif and symbolic ceremony

Guests arrive here: aperitif buffet on the grass, view over the hills, chairs set out for the symbolic ceremony when it's held on site. If it rains, the aperitif moves to the two indoor rooms without changing the programme.

The lawn and olive trees in the grounds, with a heron sculpture

The hall and the garden: lunch, dinner, open bar, music

The hall seats 100-110 and opens on three sides, so in summer you eat in the open air and in bad weather it closes and is air-conditioned. The open bar and dancing are in the garden in front, with the house sound system. For larger numbers we add the covered outdoor gazebo.

Guest room with a double bed, painted headboard and exposed beamed ceiling

The rooms: those from far away stay

Around 15-20 units, rooms for couples and apartments for up to four, in the estate's farmhouses. Guests book their own at a dedicated rate; the couple has the suite for the first night. Breakfast here the next morning and an unhurried departure.

How booking works, in short

  • Write to us with the date, type of event and number of guests: we reply with a menu proposal and the per-person price.
  • Site visit by appointment: you see the hall, the rooms, the gazebo, the lawn and the accommodation, and talk to the person who will follow you through to the day.
  • Confirm with a deposit; a second deposit later, and the balance before the event by bank transfer or after it by card or cash.
  • Exclusive use is not automatic: the estate can host more than one event on the same day. If you want it, ask for it in the quote and have it put in writing.

Let's start with the numbers
